Righteous Xinniang – Peranakan Nails

张心娘 （正义心娘）。心娘自幼聪慧善良，心怀正义，愿为不公挺身而出。此款美甲取自她年轻时期的淡黄色剧服，象征她阳光开朗的性格与对生活的希望。设计中融入雏菊与彩兰花，如同她内心绽放的彩虹。雏菊代表希望、纯洁、与深藏心底的爱，正如她所说：“只要心中有爱，生活就有光。”

Xinniang was bright, kind, and brave from a young age. This nail art draws from her light yellow outfit, symbolizing her warmth and hope. Daisies and orchids reflect her pure heart and quiet strength—because "where there is love, there is light."

Admiration Xinniang – Peranakan Nails

张心娘（敬佩心娘）。失去母亲后，心娘历经风雨，从阳光少女蜕变为坚毅女子，肩负起守护张家与父母遗愿的重任。剧服从淡黄转为浓黄，美甲设计也随之成熟，渐变色调与复杂构图展现她逆境中的成长与光芒。完全译释心娘经历风雨后才能见彩虹的画面。

After losing her mother, Xinniang transformed from a sunny girl into a strong, resilient woman, carrying her family's legacy. Her outfit deepens from pale to bold yellow—reflected in this nail design's richer tones and layered details, symbolizing growth through hardship and light after the storm.

Desire An Na – Peranakan Nails

张安娜（渴爱安娜）。粉紫色搭配异形小花朵，灵感来自安娜短到快见屁屁的洋装。她聪慧、开放，能煮能绣，渴望出国深造却因“女儿身” 被压抑。美甲设计融合她抛下传统服后的西式穿搭，展现她温柔可爱的外表，内心却极度渴望被爱与认同的世界。

Soft lilac tones and playful florals mirror An Na's cheeky short dress. Smart, open-minded, and skilled, she dreams of studying abroad but is held back by tradition. This nail design blends her Western style with her longing for love and acceptance beneath a sweet exterior.

Devoted An Na – Peranakan Nails

张安娜（执着安娜）。“我就是那个灾星，唯恐天下不乱。” 自幼缺爱，渴望母亲认同的安娜，内心扭曲却仍渴望温柔。此美甲取自粉色娘惹服，兔子与乌龟寓意她外柔内刚、如龟兔赛跑好胜不服输；跳入兔子洞的意象如同爱丽丝故事、陷入无底洞迷失在内心深渊。若被爱接住，她终将如这款设计般，温柔可爱。

"I am the jinx, born to stir chaos." Craving love and her mother’s approval, An Na hides a twisted heart beneath a gentle face. Inspired by her pink kebaya, this nail design features a rabbit and turtle—symbolizing her sweet yet competitive nature—and a descent into a dark, Alice-like world. With love, she too can become soft and radiant again.

Farewell Hongyu – Peranakan Nails

张安雅（再见红玉）。自幼被拐卖的张安雅，在心娘的正义牵引下重返家庭。美甲灵感来自她初穿娘惹装现身张家时，素雅卡峇雅上的小红花刺绣，象征她尚未摆脱“周红玉”的阴影。设计借此展现她内心从风尘女子转入世俗规训中的挣扎与撕裂，最终她选择接纳过去，走向新生。

Sold as a child, Zhang Anya finds her way home through Xinniang‘s sense of justice. This design draws from her first appearance in a simple kebaya with red floral embroidery—hinting at the lingering shadow of “Zhou Hongyu.” It reflects her inner struggle between a past of survival and the expectations of tradition, ending in her quiet rebirth.

Hello Anya – Peranakan Nails

张安雅（再现安安）。燕子象征团圆与希望，安安被拐多年后最终归家，宛如归巢的燕儿。此款美甲融合她童年的卡峇雅、周红玉的旗袍、及长母亲绣给她的燕子图腾，展现她内心在不同人生阶段的挣扎与和解，最终找到归属与自我。

Swallows symbolize hope and reunion. After years of being trafficked, An An returns home like a swallow to its nest. This nail design blends her childhood kebaya, Zhou Hongyu's cheongsam, and a swallow motif from her mother—reflecting her journey through struggle, healing, and finding herself.

Empathetic Shu Qin – Peranakan Nails

李淑琴（高EQ二少奶奶）。美甲以百合与田螺刺绣为主，象征淑琴高雅、知书达理的气质，以及如田螺般无声付出的母爱。身为二少奶奶，她是撑起家的温柔力量——好媳妇、好主子、好母亲，用温柔与智慧诠释了母爱。她教会我们温柔不只是一种态度，也是改变命运的力量。

This lily and snail-inspired nail design reflects Shu Qin‘s grace and quiet strength. As the second mistress, she’s the heart of the home — a wise wife, leader, and mother. Her gentle love teaches us that softness is not weakness, but a power that shapes destiny.

Typical Wife – Peranakan Nails

康丝丽（典型三少奶奶）。美甲设计以透黑网纱与火焰图腾呈现康丝丽外放辛辣的个性，泼辣中藏着防备，像南洋小辣椒般敢爱敢恨。她不是天生心机，而是被逼活成“坏女人”。西式金属雕刻与传统秀珠鞋融合，展现她作为“西洋娘惹”的独特挣扎与锋芒。

This design uses sheer black mesh and flame motifs to capture Kang Si Li's fiery, sharp persona. Bold yet guarded, she's not born cunning—life made her that way. Western metal accents and traditional beaded shoes reflect her struggle as a rebellious "Western Nyonya."

Seductive Kang Si Li – Peranakan Nails

康丝丽（妖娆康丝丽）。此美甲以妖艳洋装为灵感，展现康丝丽情感破碎后的蜕变。她是传统与现代之间的矛盾体，一边追求自由，一边仍挣扎在旧社会枷锁中。在街上是艳丽动人；在家里是妖里妖气。她不是生来叛逆，而是被逼重生。

Inspired by her bold dress, this design reflects Kang Si Li's rebirth after heartbreak. Torn between tradition and freedom, she shines in public yet rebels in private—not born defiant, but forced to become.

Guardian Zhu Niang – Peranakan Nails

蔡珠娘（当娘阿珠）。虽非亲母，却情深如山。珠娘用一生守护小心娘，嘴上说“不要你了”，心里却默默为她铺路。就如这款美甲，外表朴素，内里藏着深沉温柔的爱。有多少的母亲也像珠娘一样，满嘴口是心扉，但全都是真诚爱的表现。

Though not her birth mother, Zhu Niang loved Xin Niang deeply. Her words were harsh, but her actions full of care—just like this design: simple outside, warm within. A tribute to silent, selfless motherly love.

Modern Yin Niang – Peranakan Nails

张银娘（摩登姑姑）。银娘代表受西方教育的现代娘惹女性，虽未婚、女红厨艺皆不擅，但学识丰富且独立自主。她选择远赴非洲扶智济困，突破传统束缚。美甲设计取于她开剧时独特的网拍娘惹服，以及格子西装结合的改良版娘惹瓷砖，如同她活出娘惹的另一种样貌。

Yin Niang represents the Western-educated modern Nyonya—unmarried, not skilled in traditional crafts, yet intelligent and independent. She chooses to serve in Africa, breaking away from tradition. The nail design draws from her unique blue kebaya and checkered suit, symbolizing a new face of the Nyonya spirit.

Virtuous Li Shu Yu – Peranakan Nails

李淑玉（贤顺大少奶奶）。她是张家长媳，温婉内敛，一场意外让她沉寂多年。美甲以素雅大地色与兰花刺绣展现她的“兰心蕙质”，搭配古董峇迪纱笼元素点缀。被家婆接纳后，刺绣悄然绽放成如意纹，寓意她的晚景终于如愿。原以为会黑化， 但她用她的隐忍稳稳走出人生低谷换来圆满人生。

She’s the Zhang family‘s eldest daughter-in-law—gentle and reserved. After years of silence from a tragic accident, she quietly reclaims her place. The nail design uses earthy tones and orchid motifs to reflect her grace. As acceptance returns, the patterns blossom into "ruyi" symbols—signifying a life that, against all odds, ends in peace and fulfillment.

Elder Liu Xiuniang – Peranakan Nails

刘秀娘（长辈祖母）。刘秀娘是娘惹家中掌权的长辈，以年长款娘惹服象征她的尊贵与威严。美甲设计融合华丽服饰与彩色玻璃窗，展现她“女主内”当家的地位与气场，贵气中带着沉稳，诠释娘惹家规中的权威与传承。

Liu Xiuniang, the matriarch, wears a traditional elder-style kebaya symbolizing her authority. The nail design blends ornate attire with stained glass elements, showcasing her commanding presence as the family‘s “female head”, embodying elegance, power, and tradition.

Reverence Yueniang – Peranakan Nails

月娘（追远月娘）。续《小娘惹》电视剧，山本月娘以女商人与母亲的身份回归，成功却不张扬，饮水思源。美甲设计取自她卡峇雅上的图腾——樱花象征她的日裔血统，菊花代表生母菊香，黄梨则标志她是黄梨园主人。她是低调温柔却坚韧有力的当代女性缩影。

In the sequel to The Little Nyonya, Yamamoto Yueniang returns as a successful yet humble businesswoman and mother. The nail design features her kebaya‘s totems: cherry blossoms for her Japanese heritage, chrysanthemums for her birth mother, and pineapples symbolizing her as the plantation owner. She embodies the gentle strength of a modern woman.

Nya Nya – Peranakan Nails

月娘（月娘NyaNya）。饰演母亲角色回归的月娘也传递了很多教养之道。美甲取自卡峇雅上母鸟教小鸟的图案，象征她以耐心和信任的方式去教育刚走进社会的养子如同这副美甲般温柔且有说服力。

Yueniang, playing a mother, imparts lessons with patience and trust. The nail art, inspired by a mother bird teaching chicks on her kebaya, reflects her gentle and persuasive guidance to her adopted son entering society.
