Proper hygiene is our No.1 priority at Maniqure. In the interest of personal hygiene, all manicure and pedicure equipments are thoroughly sanitized in our sanitization machine for approximately 30 minutes.
Maniqure is in the business of empowering women to be confident. Therefore we are female-focused and will charge an additional RM10 on services for men.
We will still gladly offer our services to male customers, under the condition that they bring along a female partner to enjoy our service.
We request that you inform us of any current injury or illness prior to any procedures or treatment(s). This is to ensure proper care and treatment(s) are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical conditions or issues you may have. Our clients' well-being is of utmost importance to us.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have time to relax and enjoy the time allocated for your scheduled treatment. Services may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule service(s).
We respecfully ask for a 48 hours advance cancellation notice on all our services. Deposits received for Bridal Shower or Group Party reservations will not be refunded if appointments are not cancelled 72 hours in advance or are missed without prior notification.
Deposits RM50.00 received for Chinese New Year reservation will not be refunded if appointments are cancelled, last minuite change of time, change of services or are missed without prior notification. Arrival later than 15 minutes will automatically cancel the appointment and deposit will not be refunded.
Upon accumulating a total of 3 no-shows, customer will be required to pre-pay for their booking upon confirmation within 24 hours. Failure to show up for the appointment, paid treatment will be deemed as utilized.
To ensure everyone gets the best service from Maniqure, we offer a 1-week guarantee, free repair for any damages on Gelish Manicure within a week. We value all feedbacks from our customers as we strive towards continuous improvement.
Gift voucher or gift cards from Maniqure is a great way to treat your friends and loved ones.
All gift vouchers or gift cards will expire on the date specified. There will be no refund or exchange of cash. Gift vouchers or gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
