How do I booked online?

Click here. With you in mind, we've made booking online simple and seamless. Select the service, date, and time. Simply follow the instructions on the screen. Can't wait to help you dress up your nails!

Cancellation policy?

We respecfully ask for a 48 hours advance cancellation notice on all our services. Deposits received for Bridal Shower or Group Party reservations will not be refunded if appointments are not cancelled 72 hours in advance or are missed without prior notification.

Deposits RM50.00 received for Chinese New Year reservation will not be refunded if appointments are cancelled, last minuite change of time, change of services or are missed without prior notification. Arrival later than 15 minutes will automatically cancel the appointment and deposit will not be refunded.

Upon accumulating a total of 3 no-shows, customer will be required to pre-pay for their booking upon confirmation within 24 hours. Failure to show up for the appointment, paid treatment will be deemed as utilized.

Can I host an event at Maniqure?

We do host private events at Maniqure such as bridal showers and birthday party. Check out here for more information.

What is your pricing policy?

Check out our price list here. Nail art charged separately starting from RM3 per nail. We accept cash, and credit / debit cards. Card is accepted for RM50 spending and above only.

How long do services take?

Classic manicure & pedicure are an hour. Gel manicure & pedicure are 2 hours. Additional half hour if you need gel removal. For other add-on services such as pampering foot spa usually take an hour.

What if I'm late?

Services may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. Arrival later than 15 minutes will automatically cancel the appointment.

What if I already have gels on my nails?

For customers with existing gel manicure, please make sure to book with gel removal. Indicating removal at the time of booking ensures we have enough time to properly take off your gel, so your nails stay healthy and strong.

Do you remove acrylic or hard gels?

Unfortunately we aren't able to work with acrylic removal. We only remove soft gels and hard gels.

Can I bring my pets with me?

We love our customers and their furkids, but unfortunately the health department limits us from accommodating them in our nail salon. We appreciate your understanding.
