It is our goal at Maniqure to provide our customers with the finest customised press-on nails. We have provided the information below for your understanding.
Measure the length of your nail bed accurately as per the guildlines provided. It is important for you provide us the right measurement & size of your nail. The size of your nails on the left and right hand are usually different.
We will assume all nail sizes provided to us are accurately filled out. We will have to charge for any size replacement and additional postage fee should there be any request to modify nail size after the final products are sent out.
We will adjust and modify slightly the design of your press-on nails to fit accordingly to the size of your nail bed (i.e. just by 10%).
Product colour may slightly vary due to different device screen settings and photographic lighting during photo shooting.
All orders are shipped on weekdays and Saturday, except on Tuesday and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that in the light of Movement Control Order (MCO) & increased postal volume during the holidays, there might be delays in deliveries. Therefore, it is advisable to place your order as earlier as possible.
Nationwide postage in Malaysia can take up to SEVEN (7) business days for delivery; international postage can take up to 10-15 business days.
Please ensure delivery address and all required information are accurately filled out. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos that result in delivery errors might be posted back to us. To re-ship order, we will have to charge for additional postage fee.
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the postage service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by postage company, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of postage company. Please contact the nearest postage office branch to resolve any shipment issues.
